EdHealth Australia delivers diabetes 4 disability support solutions to people with a disability and their circle of support. We are committed to giving our clients longer and a good quality of life by identifying and acknowledging the impact diabetes is having on their general health and wellbeing. We do this with a range of innovative services that can be used on their own, or in combination, to magnify the impact of our strategies. We also advocate for increased attention nationally on the health needs of people with a disability. Ultimately, we all have a responsibility to make our services accessible for people with a disability. As a NDIS Registered Provider focused on the needs of people with a disability and diabetes, we believe the lessons learned from our work will ultimately be able to be implemented on a larger scale to improve the health and wellbeing of more and more people across Australia.

EdHealth Australia was founded by Jayne Lehmann , a Registered Nurse and Credentialled Diabetes Educator in 1997. She is acknowledged as an innovator, delivering accessible diabetes self-care strategies for people with a disability, supported by their Circle of Support.
