Diabetes 4 Disability – D4D

We love sharing our knowledge about diabetes support for people with a disability! Due to the number of people with intellectual disability, acquired brain injury and psycho-social disability and diabetes we work with, our experience builds expertise and insight into the challenges faced by people with the disability, disability organisations, their support workers and the other members of their circle of support when designing and implementing our D4D solutions. Director, Jayne Lehmann often does presentations to a range of different audiences about the Diabetes 4 Disability services and work we do.

The SPIDAH project is one of the four Primary Health Network projects, focused on improving disability health across Australia.
