Consulting
Consultancy for Quality, Safe and Person-Centred Health Support

Jayne Lehmann supports disability organisations to strengthen the way they plan, govern and deliver health and diabetes support. Drawing on more than 40 years of nursing and diabetes experience, together with extensive expertise at the intersection of health and disability, Jayne helps organisations translate clinical requirements into practical, person-centred systems that work in everyday support environments.
Through consultancy, education and service review, Jayne can assist organisations to identify health-related risks, clarify roles and responsibilities, strengthen policies and documentation, build workforce capability and improve communication between support workers, health professionals, participants and families. Her specialist expertise includes diabetes support, high intensity supports, complex health needs, cognitive disability and the development of individualised systems that promote quality, safety, dignity and choice.
Jayne’s approach goes beyond compliance. She works with organisations to create sustainable governance structures and practical support systems that reduce preventable harm, improve staff confidence and help people with disability receive equitable access to safe, responsive and high-quality healthcare.
