Description

A new version of the Check, Think & Act education resource and handout has been created for health professionals to use when educating people with type 2 diabetes. This version has a higher target blood glucose range.

Credentialled Diabetes Educators, diabetes educators, dietitians, GPs,  nurses, pharmacists, exercise therapists and other health professionals   can purchase this new version individually or invest in the complete set of options.

This version of the resource is particularly useful when educating older people with type 1 diabetes, those at risk of severe hypoglycaemia, and when glucose levels are being addressed at a slower pace because of clinical need.  Add the higher target version of the Check, Think & Act to your education toolkit for a more focused approach to helping people achieve their target glucose levels.
